Purpose of Role
In this role, you will provide critical support to the CEO, primarily focusing on leading project management activity and driving operational excellence. As Business Operations Manager, your mission is to spearhead cross-functional collaborations, optimise performance metrics, and enhance productivity across the business. You’ll ensure the seamless execution of initiatives while acting as the CEO’s trusted right hand to amplify their impact.
Responsibilities
- CEO’s Right Hand: Provide essential support to the CEO, enhancing their ability to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks.
- Project Management: Drive the roadmap for key business initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and on-time delivery of special projects.
- Operational Efficiency: Refine workflows and processes to optimise performance and scalability across the business.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with leadership teams to align operations with company objectives, plan peak periods, and facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Performance Optimisation: Align and track company-wide metrics and OKRs, driving accountability and performance improvements.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage operational data, prepare reports, and provide timely updates on progress and performance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Team Collaboration: Organise and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and drive resolutions that support business goals.
