Our showrooms are designed to feel welcoming, warm and exciting and we’re looking for confident, friendly people to help create that experience every weekend.

Role Overview

As a Weekend Bar Host, you’ll be the first friendly face our customers meet when they walk in and the person who keeps the showroom flowing smoothly.

You’ll be based behind our bar area on weekends offering customers a hot drink, keeping them comfortable while they place their order, and helping guide customers when the showroom is busy.

When things are quieter, you’ll help keep the showroom looking its absolute best; plumping cushions, tidying displays, keeping areas clean and ensuring the space feels perfect at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers warmly as they enter the showroom

• Offering customers a hot drink and refreshments

• Supporting customers while they are seated placing their order

• Helping direct and filter customer flow when the showroom is busy

• Supporting the sales team by keeping the experience smooth and organised

• Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and presentable at all times

  • plumping pillows / straightening displays

  • clearing cups / wiping surfaces

  • spot cleaning / tidying up as needed

• Supporting with events when required (greeting guests, helping set up, creating a great vibe)

Skills & Experience Required

· Confident speaking to customers

· Naturally friendly and welcoming

· Calm under pressure when it gets busy

· Proactive, you can spot what needs doing without being asked

· Proud of keeping spaces clean and well-presented

· Reliable and punctual for weekend shifts
